Source notes

Clear attribution makes the record useful.

Project responsibilities, published findings, historical documents, and design work answer different questions.

Career records

Career records synthesize Kevin L. McMahon’s CV, approved career statements and supporting project documents. They describe his responsibilities and experience. Figures such as organizational size, budgets, transaction values, and program reach are career-reported unless a specific independent source is identified.

Dates can describe employment, a program period, a publication, or the primary operating phase of an evolving venture. These are identified in the relevant record. Earlier and later snapshots are preserved as such rather than silently combined.

Public research and records

Original journal and conference sources support authorship and their stated findings. Patent-application records support inventor attribution and a dated technical description. Government records and contemporary reporting support the particular recognition, participation, or history they contain.

A source about a broader program does not independently establish every detail of Kevin’s role. Conference abstracts, full papers, and market announcements are labeled separately.

Design work and current frameworks

Operational Telemetry, Trial Telemetry, and the pre-FPI review are identified as frameworks and work products. PatientStories is identified as exploratory work. Proposed use cases and intended capabilities remain distinguishable from completed operating programs.

Document availability

The public archive contains career narratives and links to original public sources. Additional project context can be discussed directly where available.

Historical external websites may change or limit automated access. A link identifies the source; access controls or a temporarily unavailable page do not change the type of evidence it provides. Publication identifiers are included where available.
